Being a Colorado photographer is simply the best. From big cities to historic buildings, quaint towns, rustic landscapes, and majestic peaks, you can truly create any vibe you want. A moment is whatever you make it! And while I’ve worked as a Colorado photographer for more than a decade, each year is certainly full of its own beautiful memories. 2025 was no different! Sure, there were ups and downs. There always are! But there was also so much love, and I’m so honored to have been a part of celebrating it. So, as 2026 begins to march on, this gallery is to highlight the moments that made 2025 so special.

Looking back at the last year is such a great tool for evaluating progress. It helps you digest experiences, and set goals for the future. And photos are a perfect way to look back! Images capture memories—the people, places, and events that held a place on your calendar, and now hold a place in your heart. Looking through the year’s photos allows you to celebrate achievements. It helps you learn from challenges, and remember the feeling of the moments you cherished. There’s a reason your heart loves to sit and look through all your old pictures! Photos allow reflection, which fosters emotional regulation, resilience, and conscious, purposeful forward planning. 

Maybe you got married or engaged in 2025. Or maybe you or a loved one graduated, or expanded your family. Maybe you celebrated other milestones more meaningful to you! As a Colorado photographer, I was fortunate enough to capture plenty of celebrations throughout the year. I got to document the love, light, and energy of each session, from couples to graduates and families across the state. It truly is such a blessing!

Of course, not all of my favorite images of the year are from Colorado. I also got to travel back to Miami University, my alma mater, for some pretty outstanding graduation sessions!
